The Free Clinic of Pierce & St Croix Counties is excited to announce their fall fundraising event “Flannel and Friends” to support our free healthcare clinic, which provides essential medical services to underserved individuals and families in our community.
Event Details:
Event Name: Flannel & Friends
Date: October 15, 2023
Time: Noon to 3 pm
Location: Camp St. Croix – RCU Center
Admission: $25 for adults, $5 for children
The Free Clinic has been providing primary health care and preventative health education for the residents of Pierce and St. Croix Counties who are uninsured and have a household income of 200% or less of the Federal Poverty Level since 2007. In 2022, the Free Clinic served 876 patients and provided 2536 much-needed prescription medicine to those in need.
However, we cannot continue our mission without the generous support of our community. The "Flannel & Friends" fundraising event aims to raise funds to ensure that we can continue to provide healthcare services to those who rely on us.
Event Highlights:
Live Music: Enjoy the melodies of Half Shebang
Food and Refreshments: Indulge in delicious food and beverages from local vendors.
Silent Auction: Bid on exciting items & experiences generously donated by local businesses.
"We are thrilled to invite the community to join us in this exciting event," said founders Dr Bob Johnson & Mary Johnson, Founders of the Free Clinic of Pierce & St Croix Counties. "Flannel & Friends” fundraiser not only allows us to raise essential funds but also provides an opportunity for us to come together as a community and celebrate the power of healthcare to transform lives."
Donations made at the event will go directly towards providing medical care, medications, and support services to those who need it most. Every dollar raised will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Join us on October 15 at Camp St. Croix – RCU Center to help make quality healthcare accessible to all. Together, we can ensure that no one in our community goes without the care they deserve.
